Introduction to Trademarks

Learn about the methods for protecting your business and products with trademarks, including the benefits of registering with the US Patent and Trademark Office  (www.uspto.gov). We discuss conflicts that can arise with existing registered trademarks, and other circumstances where the USPTO will not grant registration. Includes a demonstration of basic searching techniques on the USPTO trademark database.
