America's Irreplaceable Dance Treasures 2016: an evening honoring newly named treasures of the Dance Heritage Coalition

Since 1999 the Dance Heritage Coalition has paid tribute to the artistic accomplishments and cultural contributions of America's Irreplaceable Dance Treasures, a list of individual artists and organizations that have changed our nation through dance. This year, DHC adds 13 new honorees to that illustrious list. Join us for an evening of conversation, videos, and celebration of these irreplaceable dance treasures. 
 
Featuring: 
-Lar Lubovitch, choreographer and founder of Lar Lubovitch Dance Company
-Joan Myers Brown, founder of Philadanco and Philadelphia School of Dance
-Celia Ipiotis, co-founder and host of the TV program Eye on Dance
-Jill Williams, co-founder of the Clark Center for the Performing Arts legacy project
