Alice Live! Exhibition Tour

Event Details

Tilden Conservators are invited to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the publication of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland with a private tour of this new multimedia exhibition, which traces the history of Lewis Carroll’s beloved Alice stories in live performance from their first professional staging in 1886 to the present day. Curated by Charlie Lovett, a collector of Carroll materials for over 30 years and author of Alice on Stage, this heartwarming exhibition will offer guests the rare opportunity to see original playbills, advertisements, photographs, and other ephemera chronicling this beloved story.
