Boot Camp program for Theater Students, 2015

Event Details

The Boot Camp is a program of the NYC Department of Education, Office of Special Projects, and Lincoln Center Education.  For the second summer, entering 8th grade students in Music, Dance, Theater and Visual Arts spend 2 weeks working on the auditions and portfolio presentations, as well as technique and repertory, to prepare for applications to the specialized high school programs in the arts.

The 35 theater students had an orientation tour of the material in the Circulating and Research Collections, saw the Head Shots and Geoffrey Holder exhibitions and viewed the TOFT introductory video.
