First Fridays: Harlem Mecca Edition

The Schomburg Center and HarlemGo Media are proud to present a special "Harlem Mecca Edition” of First Friday, in celebration of our 90th Anniversary.  Combining DJ & live music sets, this edition of our popular monthly social gathering will celebrate great music from Harlem’s own #TheShed All-Stars and DJ Rashad "Ringo" Smith!

Groove to the best mix of Harlem beats at the event hosted by Sahara FM Radio’s Humble Prince Olu as you enjoy our signature drinks and extended viewing hours in our galleries. Explore our two new exhibitions, Curators Choice: Black Life Matters and Coming Home: Remembering.
