Biblio File: William Burroughs' Cut-Up Trilogy Restored: the editor in conversation with the archivists
2014 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of the inimitable William S. Burroughs. Join renowned Burroughs scholar Oliver Harris, in conversation with Karla Nielsen, Curator of Literature at Columbia University and Anne Garner, Librarian of the Berg Collection at the New York Public Library, to discuss Burroughs' archival material and the genesis of his three Cut-Up novels: The Soft Machine, The Ticket that Exploded, and Nova Express. The Trilogy will be reissued by Grove this Spring, with new introductions and appendixes by Harris. Copies of the new editions will be available for purchase at this event.
