Finding the Creative Balance: Technology, History, Imagination
Each of these authors has created novels in which tropes from history; technology from past, present, and the possible future; and imagination (whether fantastical or speculative) intermingle. Each author will do a brief reading of a passage where some of these things collide, and then moderator David Levithan will lead a discussion about these components within the authors' works.
