Global Partners Presents: My Meal Matters

My Meal Matters teaches 4th through 8th graders to examine the food and nutrition customs in their community, to search and explore. Kids will learn to synthesize their experiences through writing exercises, blogs, and other forms of communication. Once they get words on the page, they will use Global Partners online communication tools to meet students from all over the world who are also exploring food security and customs in their community.

This 8 week course will foster children's sense of global citizenship, writing skills and knowledge of their local community.
