Chair Yoga for Adults and Seniors
This class focuses on Muscle Strength Building and Range of Motion Access, developing awareness and reinforcing ideas of cultivation.Each class includes very basic yogic philosophy for mental health purposes and self health care exploration. It is a fun, energizing class that helps adults and seniors take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity. It is offered in community to encourage friendships with other like minded people.
