Please join us on Wednesday, May 29 at 7 p.m. for a screening of Federico Fellini's City of Women (1980, 139 min) in the first floor corner room of Mid-Manhattan Library.

This film is part of the series Three Auteurs of World Cinema. All screenings are FREE and each program includes an introduction to the film as well as a guided discussion afterwards. Seating is first-come, first-served and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

City of Women (1980, 139 min) is the seventeenth film written and directed by Fellini. Snàporaz, played by Marcello Mastroianni, is a man on a train who voyages through dream-like imagery of male and female spaces toward a confrontation with his own attitudes towards women and his wife. In Italian with English subtitles.
