Heather Dubrow, John D. Boyd, SJ, Chair in the Poetic Imagination at Fordham University, is the author of a collection of poems entitled Forms and Hollows, two chapbooks, and poetry in such journals as Prairie Schooner, Southern Review, and Virginia Quarterly Review.  Wearing her other hat as a literary critic, she has published six scholarly books, including two on Shakespeare, and an edition of As You Like It.  She is Director of Fordham's Poets Out Loud reading series.

Roger Sedarat is the author of Dear Regime: Letters to the Islamic Republic, which won Ohio University Press's Hollis Summers' Prize, and Ghazal Games (Ohio UP, 2011).  In addition to teaching creative writing (poetry and literary translation) in the MFA program at Queens College, CUNY, he teaches and writes on such academic interests as 19th and 20th century American literature as well as Middle Eastern-American literature.  Currently, he is working toward translating a full-length collection of ghazals by the 14th century Sufi Persian poet, Hafez.

Tom Sleigh's many books of poetry include Army Cats, winner of the John Updike Award, and Space Walk, winner of the Kingsley Tufts Award.  His work appears in The New Yorker, Virginia Quarterly Review, Poetry, American Poetry Review, Yale Review, Tin House, Threepenny, and in Best American Poetry, Best American Travel Writing, and The Pushcart Anthology.  He has received the PSA's Shelley Prize, awards from the American Academy in Berlin, the American Academy of Arts and Letters, the Lila Wallace Fund, the Guggenheim and NEA.

Lee Upton is the author of twelve books of poetry, stories, and non-fiction, the most recent being Swallowing the Sea : On Writing & Ambition, Boredom, Purity & Secrecy.  Her collection of short stories, The Tao of Humiliation, is forthcoming in 2014 from BOA Editions.  She is the recipient of BOA's Short Fiction Award.  Her work has appeared in the Atlantic, the New Republic, American Poetry Review, Antioch Review, and numerous other journals, as well as in two editions of Best American Poetry.  She is the writer-in-residence at Lafayette College.

BJ Ward is the author of Jackleg Opera : Collected Poems 1990-2013, to be released by North Atlantic Books in September as part of the IO Poetry Series.  His work has been featured in publications such as Poetry, American Poetry Review, Triquarterly, The New York Times, and The Pushcart Prize Anthology, as well as on NPR's "The Writer's Almanac" and the web site Poetry Daily.  He teaches at Warren Couny Community College in New Jersey.
