Join us for a free, fun Stay Well exercise session.
Stay Well volunteers certified by the NYC's Department for the Aging will lead participants in a well-balanced series of exercises for seniors of all ability levels. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Exercise equipment will be provided. Those participating in the exercises must sign an activity release form.
