KidsLIVE: KidsLIVE presents The Pop Ups

The Grammy nominated Pop Ups are a Brooklyn-based indie rock band who have been playing children’s music for the past several years. Time Out New York named them one of 2012’s Best 15 Bands for Kids. The boys are gearing up for their second tour with Yo Gabba Gabba Live, and have released their second album titled “Radio Jungle” which won a Parent’s Choice Award in 2012. Their debut album, “Outside Voices,” was recognized with a National Association of Parentng Publications Award (NAPPA) for best music, a Parents’ Choice Award, and places on the Top Ten of 2010 lists at the The Washington Post, Time Out New York Kids, The Fids and Kamily Awards, Out with The Kids, and Zooglobble. Their rock and roll puppet musical PASTA! played to sold out audiences in New York City and Los Angeles. Jason Rabinowitz just finished a featured role in the Tony Award winning Broadway smash, “One Man, Two Guvnors” in New York City. For ages 2 to 8 with parent/caregiver.
