Timothy Jacob Wise is an American anti-racism activist and writer. Since 1995, he has given speeches at over 600 college campuses across the U.S. His latest book is Dear White America: Letter to a New Minority in which he argues the notion of White Americans as the cultural norm is being challenged wrestled with in America, a fast changing and multicultural nation.

Ronald I. "Ron" Christie
is an American government relations expert and Republican political strategist, who has also worked as a member of former Vice President Dick Cheney's staff. Christie is adjunct professor of strategic advocacy at George Washington University. His latest book is Blackwards: How Black Leadership Is Returning America to the Days of Separate but Equal in which he contests the existence of a "post-racial America" and argues black leadership is pursuing an extremist agenda of separatism and special rights.

Edward Wyckoff Williams
 is contributing editor at The Root. He is a columnist, political analyst and former investment banker, appearing on AlJazeera, MSNBC, ABC, CBS Washington and national syndicated radio. He received his BA in History and Economics from Yale University; a Masters in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford; and studied law at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
