Fallen Angels is a 1995 movie written and directed by Wong Kar-wai and stars Leon Lai, Takeshi Kaneshiro, Michelle Reis, Charlie Yeung, and Karen Mok. The film contains two distinct stories that meet briefly: the first narrative follows the daily activity of a professional killer in Hong Kong and his partner in crime, whom he rarely sees. The second story take place in the same apartment building as the professional killer’s partner and focuses on a crazy delinquent living in the building. Fallen Angels can be viewed as a companion piece to Chungking Express and was originally conceived as a third story for the latter.
