Join us Saturday mornings for free beginners yoga with a certified instructor. Begin the process toward a strong and comfortable body, and a calm and serene mind. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat or a beach towel.
All participants must sign a waiver form before they join in.
Starting January 26, 2013, a second session will be added as follows:
Session 1: 10:30AM - 11:30AM
Session 2: 12 Noon - 1:00PM
