 Chair Yoga for Seniors

Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm
 
Take control of your health in this fun, energizing series catered to seniors. Build muscle strength and range of motion while learning very basic yogic philosophy for mental health and self-health exploration. 
 
Bring your own beach sized towel and we will supply the chair.
 
This series is taught by Michelle Albert, a certified Yoga Instructor Registered with Yoga Alliance. Trained in Silver Sneakers Yoga programs for Seniors, she is a ShapeUp NYC Yoga instructor and teaches for NYC Parks and Recreation Centers.
