Music @NYPL presents Linda Kunkin and Vlad West

Linda Kunkin and Vlad West are recording artists with many CDs and movies to their credits. Linda has delighted audiences around the world with her singing in Yiddish, Hebrew, English, Russian and many other languages. She is accompanied by the highly polished styling of her husband, Vlad West, also known as Vladimir Sermakashev, an internationally recognized jazz musician, who played with Duke Ellington, Gerry Mulligan, Ted Jones and Mel Lewis and many other jazz greats.        

The Duet will perform original and famous songs in Russian and familiar popular jazz standards.
