You’ve had your first interview and you want the job. Now what? Are you waiting for their call? Have you decided how you’ll respond if they do call? It’s time to take control of the next step. In this workshop we will discuss how to: follow up with each interviewer (by phone, email and letter), identify YOUR compensation requirements, answer the ‘salary’ question, lead negotiations in your favor, and how to accept AND decline an offer.  In order to get the most out of our tips and strategies, live role-play will be encouraged. Take-away tip sheets, planning calendars, notepads and pens will be provided.
