Tai Chi Easy

Program Locations:

Tai Chi Easy is an excercise program that uses gentle movements, breath exercises, self massage and relaxation techniques to help improve health and decrease stress levels.

Class is open to al ages and levels of fitness and can be done standing or sitting in a chair.
