Going back the sources of food, we will end with a critical overview of our current food system and discuss the need and value in working towards more sustainable food production. Many food-related buzz words like "natural", "organic", "GMO", and "antibiotic/hormone-free" appear in markets, food advertisements, and food packaging, but do we really know what these terms mean, are they better for us, and are they worth paying more for?

No registration is required! Held in the first floor auditorium.
