All tickets for LIVE from the NYPL events are sold online or by phone from SHOWCLIX

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The NYPL does not have a box office for purchasing tickets.

For programs that are not sold out, patrons can purchase tickets the day of the event, as early as 5:00pm, directly outside the designated venue.

All LIVE from the NYPL events are general admission. Arrive early for best seat selection. We advise the public to arrive by 6:15 p.m. for 7:00 p.m. events. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to latecomers. For sold-out events, patrons can sign up on the standby line as early as 5:00p.m at the box office the day of the event. Signing up for standby does not guarantee admission to the event.
