The fifteen watercolors in this exhibit mark 15 years of imprisonment. They represent the first 17 months  that Antonio and the four other political prisoners known as the Cuban Five spent in the "hole" in the Federal Detention Center in Miami.

The moments of prison life recorded and transformed by Guerrero's art touch a deep chord with millions of working people in the US who have themselves lived similar experiences, or known them through ordeals of their loved ones, friends, or neighbors.
