BSCO's digital magazine platform which provides access to more than 100 titles, including Bon Appetit, Cosmopolitan, O: The Oprah Magazine, Seventeen, Sports Illustrated, Time, and English and Spanish editions of People. One can read the magazines online at home and in our libraries, or download issues through the Flipster iOS and Android app for offline use. Additionally, the Flipster app will be loaded onto the centrally-managed branch iPads automatically when they’re used the next time.
