This program is in person. It's that time of the year! Where it's cold outside, and we get cozy inside! Join us as we create a string and nail snowflake art project. It doesn't have to be perfect, but we will have fun! Ages 12+, but please register as supplies are limited.

This program will be in-person. Join us for our teen chess hour, mainly for beginners. However, all levels of expertise are welcomed. We will go over basic beginner skills by watching and reviewing tutorial videos. Play one-on-one with Bloomingdale staff or bring a friend. You can also play against an online computer, and online players. Chess boards, chess pieces, and laptops for online play will be provided for in-program usage. No registration required. Calling all gamers and video games fanatics! Bring your friends and come join us at the Parkchester Teen Center for an afternoon of your favorite Nintendo Switch games! We'll have laptops, video games, and board games available for you and your peers to play.

Get your game on at the Edenwald Public Library! Teenagers from 7th grade to 12th grade participate in playing Playstation 4. If video games aren't your thing, then come play classic board games with your friends.

This program will take place in person at West Farms Library. Board games, card games, maybe even Nintendo Switch. Try something new, play an old classic, or make your own. Whatever you feel like playing, we've got you covered!

Prepare to travel through time with us at the Soundview Library as we explore different eras through fashion and photography! As we observe Pretend to Be a Time Traveler Day, discuss with us when in time you'd like to travel, what your life would be like at that time, and what your tastes in fashion! Design outfits using Procreate or create a slideshow presenting your life in the time period of your choosing. Plus browse our collection of historical fiction along the way!

Join us in the programming room of the Van Cortlandt Library on Friday, December 8th at 3:30pm where we'll have an escape room challenge! Work together with your peers to escape the mysterious mansion that you are "trapped" in! Experience with escape rooms is not required to attend the program! Explore the queer themes of Shakespeare’s iconic comedy “Twelfth Night” and celebrate Pride all year long with Urban Stages! In this hour-long program, teens will learn about the characters in the play and explore themes of queer self-expression through a Shakespearean lens.
