Teens are invited to create their own art and make use of the color pages, construction paper, and art supplies we have. They can also use the technology based art supplies and programs we have such as Apple Doodle Pens and various Ipad Art Programs. Snacks will be provided. . . .

This event will take place in person at the Allerton Library. Join us to learn how to create projects that can be made on our 3D Printer. This program is open for ages 13-17 only.

Join us to watch and discuss some of your favorite anime series with other anime fans! We will also be highlighting some of the corresponding manga in our collection. A limited number of snacks will be provided. Anime @ Allerton will take place every other Friday at 4pm. May Dates: 5/10 & 5/24

Teens are invited to learn to use various techonology devices such as Ipads, MacBooks and Laptops, that we have available. They can also bring their own devices to use during the program. Snacks will be provided. .

This event will take place in person at the Allerton Library. Are you starting a new job or new internship? Do you want to learn skills for succeeding in the workplace? This class will cover topics: managing stress, growing your network, managing your time, and workplace boundaries and more. This is an Opportunity Network Program.

This program will take place in person at the Allerton Library Over this four week program, Teens will learn how to turn their own life’s experiences into an entertaining and engaging story, in a similar style to ‘The Moth.’ They will then learn how to best perform and record it! Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all 4 sessions on May 29, June 5, June 12 and June 25.
