In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Soundview Library will have an informational booth throughout the day and will have a safe space for anyone interested in reflecting on one's own mental health and chatting about ways that we can improve it. There'll be self-reflection time, sharing time, and quiet time (you don't have to disclose anything you aren't comfortable with). Anyone is welcome! There's a 15 minute grace period.
