This is an in person evenat at Bloomingdale Library. Tai Chi is a martial art that developed a unique slow, relaxed method of training. Practicing Tai Chi can improve both your physical and mental health. This safe and gentle form of exercise is appropriate for all fitness levels. It is recommended for improving balance, body awareness, leg strength (important for fall prevention), coordination, and cognitive ability.

This program will take place in the Community Room of Bloomingdale Library. Hear stories, sing songs, and get those wiggles out as you help your active child build important learning skills. Best for new walkers, toddlers and/or children at this developmental age. Please note: There is a limit of 15 toddlers with the parents/caregivers for this event.
