This event will take place in person at Parkchester Library. Do you want to learn how to sew but are not sure where to start? Come learn sewing basics on a Singer Heavy Duty sewing machine. Participating teens (13-18) will receive light refreshments.

Hello Teens! Join the staff of The Grand Concourse Library for an in person STEAM event. Learn to use the free program Pixton to create beautiful comic strips. No drawing required, it's all point and click. Participants must have a current NYPL library card in order to access Pixton. No registration required, limited to 10 teens. For teens ages 12 to 18. Did you know that "Bronx Week" was a thing? If you didn't before, you do now! Join us to learn about the history of The Bronx while getting creative with tote bags! Decorate your free totes bags with personalized pins to finish off the look and wear it to show that you're tote-ally proud to be from The Bronx!
