To help our staff build a financially secure future for themselves and family members, the Library participates in The New York State and Local Employees Retirement System (NYSLERS). Staff members contribute a percentage of their gross salary on a pre-tax basis towards their retirement. If staff members wish to save additional tax deferred dollars, the Library offers additional voluntary savings.
