Does The Crown have you wrapped around its pinky-raised finger? Beginning shortly before the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, the series presents a dramatized version of the personal and political events of her reign as she navigates fraught family dynamics alongside the responsibilities of the monarchy. First airing in 2016, the last episodes of the series will be released in mid-December, leaving a void in the prestige television landscape. Whether you've fallen for the show but wondered how much of The Crown is real, or you're not quite ready to vibe shift out of this era and would enjoy historical fiction inspired by the royal family, we have both nonfiction and fiction titles sure to fit the bill. (We also have the first four seasons on DVD available to borrow.)
