It's nearly summer, the season of sunshine, barbecues, beaches, and fireflies (or lightning bugs, depending on where in the U.S. you're from!).  For volume 4 of our coloring books we're bringing you more winged creatures, featuring 10 different ballerinas from the nineteenth-century Romantic Era in Europe and the U.S. See more images of winged dancers, human and otherwise, from our Digital Collections here.

We've created 12 coloring book volumes—you can find links to all of them below.

Post your art on Facebook and Twitter (#danceincolor), or email your masterpiece to dance@nypl.org to share your inspirations with us!
