Retro Video Game Day

Have a lingering cough or sore throat? Try this Apple-Cider Vinegar and Honey Cough Syrup holistic remedy recipe provided by Grand Central Staff Andre:

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. water

1 tbsp. apple-cider vinegar.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly, and take 1 tsp. at a time every few hours to suppress the cough.
