Join historian Paul Freedman for the Spring 2017 Lecture-Luncheon as he discusses his latest book, Ten Restaurants that Changed America, which uses our eating habits to examine class, immigration, the civil rights movement, and cultural nostalgia.
Dr. Freedman will be in conversation with New York Times Food Editor Sam Sifton.
