Sarah Vowell is a writer, reporter, and radio personality. An editor and commentator for National Public Radio’s This American Life, she has performed at venues ranging from the Aspen Comedy Festival to the Late Show with David Letterman. She is a regular contributor to Time, McSweeney’s, and Salon.com. The author of Radio On: A Listener’s Diary and Take the Cannoli: Stories from the New World, Vowell has most recently written Partly Cloudy Patriot, forthcoming from Simon & Schuster.
