Randy Cohen has attracted an eager and devoted readership to his weekly New York Times Magazine column "The Ethicist." He is the author of Diary of a Flying Man and Modest Proposals, as well as a regular contributor to Slate magazine, The New Yorker, and The Washington Post, among other publications. His most recent book, The Good, the Bad & the Difference, has just been published by Doubleday. David Rakoff is a regular contributor to Salon, Outside Magazine, and National Public Radio's This American Life. A theater director and actor, he has directed Stitches and The Dueling Bankheads, and assumed memorable roles in The Little Freida Mysteries, One Woman Shoe, and the window of Barney's department store. A collection of his essays, Fraud, was published last year.
