This edition of Periodically Speaking, being held in the Margaret Liebman Berger Forum,  will feature editors Trace Peterson, Christopher Soto and Kit Yan addressing such questions as: What does it mean to be a trans editor working in publishing? Why aren’t there more trans advocates in publishing? How can an editor protect  writers against institutional biases? And what is the best practice for changing the publishing landscape from within?
