Twenty-Fifth Annual Young Lions Fiction Award Submission Form

Submissions for the 2025 Young Lions Fiction Award are now open!

Please prepare to submit the following information and materials:

1. PDF file of galley or final manuscript

2. Twelve (12) physical copies - (including tracking number)

3. Available reviews

Young Lions Fiction Award

To be considered for this prize, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

• The writer must be age 35 or younger at the time of the book’s publication.
• The book must be written for adults (no children’s or YA).
• The writer must be a citizen of the United States.
• The work must be a novel, graphic novel or collection of short stories published between January 2024 and December 2024. We will accept submissions in galley form for works to be published after the submission deadline of Friday, September 6, 2024 at 5 PM EDT.
• The publisher must submit all books. Authors may not submit their work on their own.

NOTE: All submission materials (including physical book copies) must be received by the Library no later than Friday, September 6, 2024 at 5 PM EDT. We will not consider incomplete submissions.
