Corporate Partners Program

The Corporate Partners Program offers benefits for gifts at a variety of membership levels. These gifts support the Library's core activities and make it possible for the Library to meet its most essential needs: building and enhancing collections, conserving rare and fragile materials, and providing a staff of highly trained librarians. For their generosity, Corporate Partners receive the benefits detailed below.

Corporate Conservator - $1,000-$4,999
  • Recognition in the Annual Report and all published listings, including a full-page acknowledgment in The New York Times.
  • All company employees are entitled to a year-round 10% discount in the Library Shop.
  • Exclusive opportunity to rent space for corporate events in the Library, for donors of $2,500 and above.
  • Waiver of initial deposit to use NYPL Express, a fee-based research and document-delivery service.
  • Invitations to VIP exhibition previews, lectures, private receptions, and the festive Holiday Open House.
  • Special notices for company employees to learn about Library volunteer opportunities.
  • VIP tours of the Library for company officers upon request.
  • Subscription to New York Public Library News.

Corporate Patron $5,000 - $9,999
All Corporate Conservator benefits, plus:
  • Special 20% discount in the Library Shop for all company employees at designated times throughout the year.
  • Priority notification of Public Education Program lectures, providing company employees with advance reservation opportunities.
  • Invitations for company executives to attend lectures and panel discussions presented exclusively for leading Library donors.

Corporate Associates $10,000 - $24,999
All Corporate Patron benefits, plus:
  • Customized tour for up to 25 people of the Humanities and Social Sciences Library.
  • Opportunity to participate in the Library at Lunch program, in which Library staff visit your company to bring your employees information about the Library.

Corporate Lions $25,000 and above
All Corporate Associate benefits, plus:
  • Special Corporate Lions designation in all donor listings and publications.
  • A $5,000 credit to use toward renting Library space for a special event, for every $25,000 contributed over the course of the year (a maximum credit of $20,000 per year will be issued).
  • Gift acknowledgment in New York Public Library News, circulated to over 40,000 Library supporters.
