The Lawyers for the Library program was created as a vehicle to raise money to support the Library’s general operations, and to give contributing law firms high visibility. Each year, the Committee meets for an elegant annual networking dinner, which features a special talk by an author or scholar. The Committee assists in securing annual gifts from law firms, upgrading the partnership levels of current donors, and encouraging new firms to join each year. The Committee is invited to attend other special engagements at the Library throughout the year.
