2012 Spring Luncheon Leadership
The 2012 Spring Luncheon took place on Wednesday, April 18 from 12 - 2 p.m. in the Celeste Bartos Forum located in the landmark Stephen A. Schwarzman Building on Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street.
This year's co-chairs were Lea Brokaw, Danielle Ganek, Shala Monroque, Elizabeth Rohatyn, and Olga Votis.
The New York Public Library's 31st Annual Spring Luncheon, entitled The Making of the Making of a President: Politics as Art, featured a conservation between John Heilemann, national affairs editor New York magazine, journalist, and coauthor of the 2010 international bestseller Game Change; and Danny Strong, emmy-nominated filmmaker, actor, and screenwriter of the HBO adaptation of Game Change. The discussion was moderated by Harold Ford, Jr.,former member of the United States House of Representatives, and current Managing Director and Senior Client Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley, news analyst for NBC and MSNBC, and Professor of Public Policy at the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
