All filming and photography requests must be submitted in writing at least 2-3 weeks prior to filming. Please submit to spev@nypl.org. The NYPL reserves the right to decline involvement and to approve any scene in which the library is featured. A project MUST be submitted in writing to be considered.

Enter a brief description regarding the type of event you would like information on. Please include the preferred date and time, preferred venue, type of event and estimated number of guests. For more information on wedding receptions please e-mail spev@nypl.org or call our Special Events Office at 212.930.0730. To fax please print and fill in our inquiry form and fax to 212-642-0100.
