The Entrepreneurial Development Program (EDP), provides training, technical assistance and business development resources to start-up and existing businesses. The goal is to assist budding entrepreneurs to establish businesses; assist small business owners to retain their business. The program provides classroom training in basic business and entrepreneurship principles as well as individual technical, financial and management assistance.
