The State Liquor Authority issues licenses for beer and alcohol sales.The Authority's main office is located at 80 S. Swan St., Suite 900, Albany, NY 12210. The Harlem office serves the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. License and permit forms are available at the Department's website.
