Easements info request

Hi,
I am a student working on a studio project for Pier 76 and was wondering if you can kindly share information on the easements for the site. I was told by the DOB that property easements are filed with the County Clerk’s Office. Here are some more details:
The Pier is on Block: 665 Lot: 10
ZoLA: https://zola.planning.nyc.gov/lot/1/665/10?layer-groups=%5B%22building-f...
Currently, there are 4 easements on the Pier 76 property, however we are unaware of their specificity, or how they could potentially affect developers interested in leasing the lot. Do you know where we can locate construction or inspection documents of the site?
Thank you.
Best,
Savannah
