Small Business Services Directory

The Harlem Entrepreneurial Fund, LLC is a community revolving loan fund program designed to increase the availability of small business capital loans to enhance small business expansion and help increase jobs in small business enterprises based in the Harlem community. HEF offers three major services to small businesses in the Harlem Community: 1) Loans up to a maximum of $25,000, 2) Consulting Services and 3) Technical assistance. HEF helps businesses develop business plans, analyzes cash flow projections, and assists with strategic planning. HEF, also partners with other programs at Harlem Commonwealth Council, Financial Institutions and other Micro-lenders to provide financial services and financial literacy seminars to individuals and businesses.
