Small Business Services Directory

This program assists small, minority, or women-owned construction firms in obtaining surety bonds and working capital for construction contracts. The program also provides individualized counseling, training, and technical assistance in the areas of starting a new business, joint ventures, business planning and development, estimating, and bonding. New York City construction businesses with annual gross receipts within the last three tax years averaging $500K or less, or a heavy construction business with annual gross receipts within the last three tax years averaging $1.5M or less are eligible.
