The New York City Department of Consumer Affairs [DCA] announced that - effective July 1, 2014 - the Department implemented a package of reforms designed to reduce fines on small businesses. DCA also released checklists - found on their Business Toolkit web page -used by their inspectors in the field.

The Harlem Commonwealth Council invites you to attend one of several scheduled FREE information sessions about the Harlem Entrepreneurial Fund - Mico-Loan Information. These sessions are scheduled for May 28, 2014, June 25, 2014, July 30, 2014, and August 27, 2014 at the Council's Harlem office.
