Good credit rating and Business
• I plan to start a computer training business. If I have a score of 798 would that help me obtain a grant so that I can start a business or a grant that will help me work towards my business? I am not sure about the specifics whether it will be non profit or not... Could you please state if my score could help me obtain grants in any way.

Creditor's comments
• One same creditor provided 2 vehicle loans for my husband. While first one ended in repo and past the 7 year reporting time, the later one was paid satisfactorily. In all 3 major credit bureaus' report, the creditor reports only the second one as "derogatory" but showing no late payments and "paid satisfactorily" and with comments of "please contact for additional info" and/or "special handling". Is this legitimate, if not how should we dispute. Thanks.

• Does a judgment permanently preclude an applicant from applying and receiving a credit card? Specifically, once the judgment is paid does it still negatively affect an applicant credit score? As well, can you recommend a free service in the NYC area that assist individuals with repairing negative information on their credit report?

Judgments
• I was evicted from an apartment over one and half years ago via a judgment by courts. At the time, I had no source of income to fight the landlord due to unemployment. As well, I was preoccupied with a major health issue faced by my elder parent. What is the least costly way for me initiate removal of this judgment from my credit report? I am now reemployed and I would like to purchase a house in the short future.

credit inquiries
• I recently view my credit report from the 3 major companies, and there were multiple recent inquiries on each report. Where do these inquiries come from. I have not applied for a credit card in in over 6yrs. After years of being in debt and paying long over due balances with high intrest rates. I know I would not be approved.
