Before you finish the course, complete the following activities:

If the company you are researching is public then gather the following information about that company. If not, look up Exxon Mobil.

1. Use Yahoo to find the company's ticker symbol and track its stock performance over the last month.

2. Visit your local library. Check to see if they have S&P's Net Advantage or Valueline, or another financial analysis resource. Try to locate your company's:
  • Industry analysis
  • Financial evaluation
  • Company profile: ratings and bond information
